I have a couple of things to inform you all about today:
Unfortunately despite the pressure our new Support Agents will start working as of this Monday - this is the final deadline. Please join me in welcoming aboard our 14 new Support Technicians, here are their names so you all can start getting used to them: Alan Kent, Dan Cooper, Lucas King, Mark Robinson, Robert Brown, Steven Parker, Scott Nash, Garry Mitchell, Naomi Kent, Andy Hill, Spencer King, Rachel Smith, Vernel Kerford, Alston Knight. These 14 New Technicians have several years of experience with OpenVZ (HyperVM/SolusVM), with all major Control Panels (such as cPanel/DirectAdmun/Kloxo) as well as with Linux more generally. These 14 New Technicians have been assigned in rotation to provide Support on a 24x7 basis. This is our first step, our second step will be to introduce 24x7 Live Chat Support and our third step would be to introduce 24x7 Phone Support.
We're still working hard to get an additional 256 IP Addresses routed onto our Netherlands Platform as we're out of IP's, we are waiting for an update from the Network Engineers of the Datacenter as to where we are with this.
Support Tickets are still being delayed, please bare with us while we work on Support Tickets and look forward to new start of the week with no more delays. I know i said that the new Technicians would be on board yesterday however that was not possible.
Orders are still having a delay in being setup due to lack of IP Addresses this time, we're getting through this as quickly as possible and aim to get all orders that are pending setup today, we have already started getting orders setup.
