This is a reminder for a migration that will occur between April 21 - April 30. This migration is the result of the power and fiber path issue that occurred in November at 615 S Grand Ave and 700 Wilshire Blvd 1st floor. During this time our team felt that the disaster planning was ill prepared and this has led us to a new direction and opportunity for our company and for our clients.

Our team has built a new datacenter that will house all servers located at the above mentioned address. This allows Profuse Solutions Inc. to properly setup and provide the proper maintenance and disaster planning that were not present in the current two locations that experienced long outages.

During this 2-week migration we anticipate a downtime of up to 2 hours per server while we migrate your server and network to the new location. Migration will start during weekends or during the weekday during off peak hours. Our team will maintain an open 24/7 communication to ensure your services are properly restored. The process of migration will be one cabinet of servers at a time allowing our team to minimize any large-scale outages.

This plan for migration has been in the works for more than 3 months allowing our team to foresee any issues that may occur. We are confident that we have the right process and procedure in place along with the manpower needed to maintain an open line of communication if your services were to be interrupted.
