网上搜到的教程是：
安装
sudo apt install restic -y

初始
restic init --repo /root/repo

备份
restic backup -r /root/repo \
--exclude=/proc \
--exclude=/tmp \
--exclude=/root/repo \
--exclude=/var/log \
--exclude=/sys \
--exclude=/timeshift \
--exclude=/snap \
--exclude=/var/cache /

恢复
restic -r /root/repo restore a4195c6b --target /

执行回复命令后会断开再也连不上
